Understanding IBS

Supporting The IBS Network

cropped-ibslogowithstrap-march-2011.jpgThe IBS Network is the UK’s national charity for IBS.  Its mission is to inform, support and advise people like you with IBS and to work alongside health care professionals to facilitate IBS self management.   As the only comprehensive, independent information resource for people with IBS,  The IBS Network publishes free of charge its own on-line IBS Self Care Programme,  where you can access everything you need to know about the nature of IBS, diagnosis, causes, diet, stress, medicines, therapies as well as on specific symptoms of abdominal pain, bloating, constipation and diarrhoea. Or you can become a member of The IBS Network for personal one to one advice from our health care professionals via a telephone  helpline and email, a personal symptom tracker, our quarterly magazine (Gut Reaction), can’t wait cards and access to a nationwide network of  self help groups.  On-line membership costs £24 per annum.
